Hagerty’s Live Valuation Arena returns to Bicester Heritage during the first Sunday Scramble of 2017, scheduled to take place on Sunday 8th January.

The Live Valuation Arena offers a unique opportunity for classic car enthusiasts to have their cars professionally valued and photographed for a small fee, all of which goes to charity.

Last year the Live Valuation Arena team, consisting of experts from Hagerty, Classic Cars Magazine, Classic Cars for Sale and H&H Classic Auctions, valued eighty classic cars with a combined value of £2.4m during four Bicester Sunday Scrambles. Each car was inspected, given an agreed valuation and the owner given a signed valuation certificate. Hagerty have agreed to honour these values for insurance purposes.

Tickets for the event, including booking for the Arena, can be purchased here. There is an additional charge of £15 for Arena entry, all of which will be donated to charity. Some slots will be retained for people who wish to enter their car on the day.

Hagerty’s MD Angus Forsyth said: “We had some very interesting cars at the Live Valuation Arena in 2016- a pre-production MGB prototype made a big impact, as did a one-off Lotus built by Colin Chapman which included his pencil design drawings in the history file. We also had a great variety of other classics- from a concours Mk I Volkswagen Golf GTI to a Ford Model A and a Ferrari Testarossa. We can’t wait to see what we have in store for 2017!”
