Hagerty, the automotive lifestyle brand famous for its leading specialist insurance products and multi-platform automotive content, is a proud partner of the 2022 Concours on Savile Row. Taking place on 15th and 16th June, along the central London street famed for bespoke tailoring, entry is free to visitors who wish to view the cars between 10am and 8pm.
More that 40 world-class cars will be on display along Savile Row, from pre-war thoroughbreds to the latest electric hypercars, and many of the renowned tailors, shoemakers and art galleries will be open to visitors. There is also a central stage for talks and live music.
Hagerty will partner with Huntsman throughout the event, a bespoke tailor with a history that stretches back over 170 years, Huntsman has a rich heritage with notable clients such as Gianni Agnelli, David Bowie, Coco Chanel, and Sir Winston Churchill.
Throughout the event, Hagerty will host invited clients at the Hagerty Lounge, a private space within the clubhouse of Huntsman. Hagerty has also arranged for a 1964 Jaguar E-Type, upgraded by Eagle, to be presented outside the Huntsman shopfront for both days of the Concours. This beautiful E-Type was used in the second Kingsman film, which used Huntsman as the main location, and Huntsman will also display items of clothing made specifically for the film.
Some of the greatest cars ever made will be matched with specific tailors, continuing a long tradition of car manufacturers pairing with the craftsmanship of Savile Row. There will be tours of famous tailors and demonstrations of craftsmanship throughout the two days, and many important names from the car design and tailoring will be speaking on the main stage.
Mark Roper, Managing Director of Hagerty International, said “the 2022 Concours on Savile Row is a wonderful event for Hagerty to host our Private Client Services guests, with its displays of bespoke tailoring and wonderful cars in a central London location. I look forward to hosting existing and new Hagerty friends with our partners at Huntsman as we enjoy the two-day event later this year.”
