Hagerty announces the launch of a new UK website combining market-leading user experience, innovative quotation tools and quality content to create a destination website for clients and car enthusiasts alike.

Potential clients can obtain an insurance quote within 30 seconds, using the new Hagerty Quick Quote function. At the same time, owners of classic car can receive an expert valuation of their vehicle, using a completely re-designed online valuation tool.

Quality editorial content is at the heart of the new website with features, films, news and reviews being published daily. Hagerty UK has appointed James Mills as UK Editor to lead an increase in content provision. James’ editorial experience, with brands including Top Gear and The Sunday Times Driving, will ensure that Hagerty continues to be the insurer of choice for anyone that loves cars.

This latest launch follows a recent announcement for Hagerty Insider UK – a monthly review of the UK classic car market with expert analysis and comment as well as ‘deep-dive’ reports on specific marques and models.

As a result of these new initiatives, Hagerty is now one of the world’s leading classic car content providers through their digital outlets in the US and UK, a sought-after US-based print magazine, regular film content, market data reports and social media activity.

James Mills, Hagerty UK Editor, said: “To bring fresh, fascinating stories to car enthusiasts around the world is an honour. Hagerty has made a name for itself by breaking new ground and giving car enthusiasts more of what they want – notably valuations, market trends and memorable events – and the new editorial focus will help ensure Hagerty is engaged with anyone that loves cars. And with our new community section and livestreaming events, we want to hear all the great stories car enthusiasts have to share, too ”

Marcus Atkinson, Hagerty UK Managing Director, said “I am proud to launch the best website in the classic car insurance world. Not only is it beautifully easy to navigate and interact with, we have created a genuine destination website for all car enthusiasts. While we worked hard to make this site perform flawlessly for our existing and potential clients, we are now able to welcome all enthusiasts who value great stories and would like to be part of the Hagerty family”
