Bicester Motion April Scramble

A sell-out favourite year after year, the Scramble is one of the most highly anticipated automotive events in the calendar. The Hagerty Clubhouse will be open to all visitors throughout the day, with the bar serving refreshments and live talks on stage.

The second Scramble of the year marks the centenary of Bicester Motion’s Technical Site, celebrating a century of heritage at the former RAF Bicester, whose development first began in 1926.

It was an era when Bentley dominated Le Mans, Sunbeam pursued Land Speed Records, and Bugatti set the pace in Grand Prix racing.

Stop by the Clubhouse to enjoy a drink from the bar, take a turn on the sim, and enjoy a display of some very special cars.

A celebration of 50 years of the GTI

We’ll mark half a century of Volkswagen’s legendary GTI lineage – a name that has become synonymous with accessible performance and everyday driving excitement. We’ll bring together some of the most significant and celebrated models from the past 50 years. Live on stage at 10:30am and 1:30pm, John Mayhead and Charlotte Vowden will take you through five decades of GTI history. From groundbreaking beginnings to modern-day status, they’ll explore what makes these cars so special and why the GTI badge continues to captivate enthusiasts around the world.
